Infraestrutura escolar e satisfação profissional: percepção de professores da educação básica brasileira

The  perception  of  basic  education  teachers  about  the  conditions  of  school  infrastructure and job satisfaction is analyzed, highlighting specificities of early childhood education (EI), with indicators developed from the results of the re-search Work in Basic Education in Brazil - Phase II, coordinated by the Study Group on Educational Policy and Teaching Work, from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), 2015. Even with inequalities in pay and careers in relation to other stages of basic education, EI teachers showed a higher response rate related to job satisfaction.
