The invention discloses a parachute pre-opening device with electromagnetic induction coils. The parachute pre-opening device comprises a working power supply, a current-limiting resistor, a main circuit wire, a branch circuit wire, the electromagnetic induction coils, a trigger rope and a self-returning type microswitch. The working power supply is a small direct current storage battery and is installed in a parachute pack. The electromagnetic induction coils each are an electrified coil with a fixed number of turns and are fixed into tubular reinforcing bands. The main circuit wire and the branch circuit wire are connecting wires between the working power supply and each electromagnetic induction coil, are subject to routing through hollow tubular parachute cords or the reinforcing bands, and form a parallel circuit together with the electromagnetic induction coils and the power supply. The self-returning type microswitch is located near a parachute top hole. When a parachute sleeve is separated from a main parachute, a trigger rope connected to the parachute sleeve pulls out an insulating strip on the microswitch, a circuit is closed, and horizontal mutual repelling force and longitudinal mutual repelling force are generated between the electromagnetic induction coils in each reinforcing band. The parachute pre-opening device can reduce loss height and can prevent the overload from being too high.
