Study on Indicators System for County Hospital Performance Evaluation in Heilongjiang Province

Objective To establish performance evaluation model and indicators system that suit for county hospitals in Heilongjiang Province to provide references for county hospital performance evaluation and improvement.Methods Literature analysis method and focus group discussion method are used to establish performance evaluation model and initial indicators system;expert consultation method is used to select indicators and determine the weights system.Results The performance evaluation model and indicators system for work quality,work efficiency,medical expense,comprehensive management and satisfaction appraisal were set up with KPI.Conclusion The indicators system has high reliability,which can effectively reflect key links of county hospital performance management.
