SYNTHESIS OF ACIDIZING INHIBITOR HSJ-2 AND EVALUATION OF ITS CORROSION INHIBIITON

2009
An acidizing inhibitor HSJ-2 is synthesized using acetophenone, formaldehyde, amine B by the Mannich reaction. By the investigation on factors influencing the inhibitor properties, the synthesized optimization for HSJ-2 is obtained : monomer ratio of 1:1:0.6, reaction temperature 100 ℃, reaction time 5h, pH value of 1.0 ~ 2.0. Simultaneously, corrosion inhibition effect of HSJ-2 is evaluated under different experimental conditions. Results show that the HSJ-2 has a better inhibition effect in hydrochloric acid or mud acid system with different concentrations when an additive amount ranging from 1.0% to 1.5 % . The corrosion rate meets the industrial standard of SY/T5405-1996. HSJ-2 also has a good heat-resisting property, up to 150 ℃.
