Study on the Mode of Traditional Countryside Governing from the Aspect of Sociology

Judging from the history of the traditional rural areas in China,the traditional countryside has always been ruled by the properties which derived from the community,thus ruling by law haven't got its full development.People in the traditional countryside are generally with ties of consanguinity,parochial,occluding and self-reliant,which unique characteristics conduce to the special rural governing based on properties.The application of the system of ruling by properties should get its guarantees from various aspects,among which,the system resources and the efficiency of ruling by properties are the essential intrinsic factors,while the social environment of the rural areas and high cost of governing provide a possible extrinsic factor.
