Total reflection tunnel of NIM-PIM alternant multilayer infinite period photonic crystal

For studying the total reflection tunnel effect of 1 D NIM-PIM alternant multilayer infinite period photonic crystal,the dispersion method is adopted and the dispersion function of TE wave and TM wave are studied when incident angle is greater than full reflection angle.Response curves of the tunnel frequency versus incident angle are obtained and response curves of the tunnel frequency versus medium thickness of negative refractive index are also gotten.
