THE BASIC QUESTIONS OF MOTIVATION OF EMPLOYEES WORKING IN A REMOTE MODE

In the framework of this study, the influence of stimulating factors on the performance of employees was studied. It is shown that in the conditions of remote work, management needs increased attention during the monitoring of personnel work, as well as to clearly formulate the task and expound the expected results of its work.
