Farklı IBA Dozlarının Bazı Turunçgil Anaçlarının Odun Çeliklerinin Köklenmeleri Üzerine Etkileri / Effects of different IBA doses on rooting of hardwood cuttings of some citrus rootstocks

Turuncgil turlerinde celiklerin koklenme duzeyleri arasinda genis bir varyasyonun oldugu bilinmektedir. Bu calismada dokuz turuncgil anacinda farkli IBA (Indolbutirik asit) dozu uygulamalarinin celiklerde koklenme orani, kok sayisi ve kok uzunluguna etkileri arastirilmistir. Celikler bir yillik surgunlerden Mart ayinda alinmis ve serada volkanik tuf ortamina dikilmislerdir. Elde edilen sonuclara gore uc yaprakli, Carrizo sitranji, Kleopatra mandarini, Citrumelo 1452 anaclarinda kontrol ve farkli IBA uygulamalarinda hicbir celikte koklenme tespit edilememistir. Koklenme elde edilen anaclarda en yuksek koklenme orani 4000 ppm IBA uygulamasinda Volkamerianada (% 73,9), en dusuk ise Yuzu’da kontrol uygulamasinda (% 9,5) tespit edilmistir. Ote yandan Volkameriana en fazla kok sayisina sahipken Kaba limon en fazla kok uzunluguna sahip olarak bulunmustur. Bunun yaninda kullanilan anaclarin koklenme orani, kok sayisi ve uzunlugunu artirmak amaciyla 4000 ppm IBA dozunun genel olarak uygun oldugu saptanmistir. It is known that there is high level of variation in citrus species in terms of rooting level of cuttings. In this study the effects  of various  IBA doses on rooting ratio, root number and root length of cuttings of  nine Citrus rootstocks were investigated. Cuttings were collected from one year old shoots in March and planted  in volcanic tufa in greenhouse. Rootings were not observed  in trifoliata orange, Carrizo citrange, Cleopatra mandarin, Citrumelo 1452 in control and  all IBA treatments. The highest (73,9%) and the  lowest (9,5%)  level of rootings were observed in Volkameriana and Yuzu,  respectively. On the other hand Volkameriana had maximum root number whereas rough lemon had the highest root length. Appropriate IBA concentration was determined to be 4000 ppm to induce rooting ratio, root number and root length for rootstocks studied.
