Measurement and Analysis of No-load Response of Electromagnetic Valve in Automobile Hydraulic ABS

2014
The response time of electromagnetic valves in automobile hydraulic ABS(anti-lock braking system) is an important actor to effect the control accuracy of ABS. The no-load response measurement to electromagnetic valves is an important part of detecting whether or not the ABS is eligible. This paper uses theoretical basis of current curve to design the circuit for detecting the no-load response time of electromagnetic valves in automobile hydraulic ABS, and uses the circuit to detect both normally open pressure increasing electromagnetic valves and normally closed pressure reducing electromagnetic valves. This paper detects that the no-load response time of the two kinds of valves are 2.365 ms and 2.135 ms, and analyzes the detecting result. The detecting result shows that using the theoretical basis of current curve to rebuild the detecting circuit for the no-load response time of electromagnetic valves is effective, and it can provide reference for the design and detecting of similar products.
