This study analyzes the legal findings of constitutional judges regarding dual citizenship of one candidate for the regent and deputy regent pair in Sabu Raijua Regency. This study provides a study of legal issues that have never occurred in the Regional Head Election Results Dispute (PHP). The researcher took a case study on the decisions of the Constitutional Court in cases Number 133, 134 and 135/PHP.BUP-XIX/2021. To examine the Constitutional Court's decision, researchers used normative juridical research methods to find solutions to these legal problems. The results of this study show that the Constitutional Court Justices have done the right thing, namely upholding constitutional justice. Whereas every citizen has the right to participate in government which is the embodiment of the fulfillment of civil and political rights in the category of the right to be elected, the Constitutional Court determines the purity of law related to citizenship. That the administration of citizenship is single. Thus, possession of a passport from another country for any reason will invalidate his citizenship as an Indonesian citizen.
