9—Apparatus to Count Tracer Radioactivity in a Running Thread

A description is given of a method for the continuous counting of radioactive emissions of low energy from a running threadline to which radioactive tracers have been added. The construction of the apparatus, the procedure for a measurement and the calibration of the instrument are described.
