A study on the method to screen toxicants automatically by GC/MS

To found a quick and sensitivitive method to screen familiar toxicants.Methods A user's library of spectrum of familiar toxicants was build up and a optical condiction to separate and analyze the toxicants was selected.Results A user's library of spectrum containing 1306 toxicants has been built;a method to screen pesticides automatically has been edited;the RT and detection limit of 150 toxicants have been attained;Conclusion The method is quick sensitive and reliable.It can take place of the manual operation of MS searching.
