Novel energy-saving combustion device based on tunnel kiln reducing process

2011
The invention is applicable to the field of novel energy-saving heat-supply combustors used for a tunnel kiln (or a similar kiln body) and filled with solid powder fuels. The invention discloses a novel energy-saving combustion device based on a tunnel kiln reducing process; a plurality of pairs of automatic feeding devices are arranged on the top of a tunnel kiln every 1 meters, wherein each automatic feeding device comprises a feed bin and a conveyor connected with the feed bin, one end of the conveyor is connected with a motor through a connector, and the other end of the conveyor is connected with a combustor through a discharging chute. When the novel energy-saving combustion device works, the motor controls the conveyor to convey the material in the feed bin into the combustor trough the discharge chute, the air-fuel ratio is set as 1.1 to 1.2, and the pressure inside the kiln is 0 to 50 Pa. Compared with the prior art, the novel energy-saving combustion device ensures that the temperature inside the kiln is distributed more uniformly and heat is supplied more stably because the air-fuel ratio is 1.1 to 1.2 and the pressure inside the kiln is 0 to 50 Pa, and only 150 to 170 kg/t of standard fuel is needed when the novel energy-saving combustion device generates certain amount of heat, while 450 to 550 kg/t standard fuel is needed in the traditional process.
