Apparatus, method and composition for inhibiting microbial growth

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition including a weak preservative for inhibiting microbial growth in a media and a strong preservative for inhibiting microbial growth in the composition contained in a container having a dispensing tip which the media moves, not including any preservative that stimulates the organism, and the composition can be dispensed little by little. SOLUTION: A composition including a weak preservative and a strong preservative is contained in a container 12 made of plastics and having a small head 20. A media 26 is contained in the small head 20. The weak preservative inhibits the microbial growth of the media 26 and the strong preservative inhibits the microbial growth in the composition. And, while the composition passes through the small head 20, the media 26 does not completely remove the weak preservative, but makes the strong preservative inactive or remove it out. By this manner, while the composition passes through the small head 20, the strong preservative is removed, so it does not make bad influences on the organism, but the weak preservative is remained in the dispensed composition.
