The invention relates to a fire resistance body, a manufacturing method for fire resistance body and a component with such a fire resistance body. The fire resistance body comprises a gypsum-based porous material having an amphiphilic additive contained therein, the amphiphilic additive consisting of a head group as a hydrophilic end and a hydrocarbon chain as a hydrophobic end, and wherein the hydrophobic end has a molecular mass of less than 300 g / mol , The method of manufacture comprises providing a frame as a mold, providing a composition comprising a water-gypsum dispersion, pouring the composition into the mold, and setting the water-gypsum dispersion to a fire resistance body in the mold and drying the fire resistance body and one of (a) and (b), wherein (a) relates to leaving or reinserting the fire resistance body in the mold such that the mold forms a frame of the component and the fire resistance body is fitted in the frame, and (b ) the removal of the fire resistance body from the mold before, during or after drying, and insertion of the fire resistance body in a frame of the component, so that the fire resistance body is fitted in the frame concerns.
