Bi-Level Optimization for an Integrated Project Scheduling-Resources Supply System and Its Application

This paper places emphasis on the integration of resource-constrained project scheduling problem and resource supply chain problem in a construction project. Specifically, Stackelberg game optimization is used to describe the complex interactions exhibited in this integration, and a bi-level programming is developed to examine the Stackelberg game behavior objectively and accurately. To solve this model, an interactive genetic algorithm with double strings is designed to obtain the Stackelberg-Nash equilibrium solution. Finally, the results and analysis of a practical example are presented to demonstrate the practicality and efficiency of the proposed model and optimization method.
