Research on Pollution Prevention and Control of Construction in Henan Province Based on the GSE System

A research framework supported by the GSE system is formulated. The research is focus on the implementation of construction pollution prevention and control of Henan Province. Three levels, government, society and enterprise, are touched, from macro to micro, from the whole to the part.
