A Model Research on Material Supply Based on Risk Assessment

The theory of impact of asymmetric information on material supply was analyzed,also models of optimum expected supply capacity and supply cost were presented in different conditions.The impact of asymmetric information was assessed by expect utility,which implies asymmetriy reduces supply capacity and increases the cost.The simulation of examples proved validity of the model and the importance of information share to in material supply.Lastly,strategies were given to every parts in material supply.
