The invention discloses a mechanical and hydraulic double-control continuously variable transmission. The mechanical and hydraulic double-control continuously variable transmission comprises a driving belt wheel arranged on a first transmission shaft in a sleeving manner, a driven belt wheel arranged on a second transmission shaft in the sleeving manner and a transmission belt wound between the driving belt wheel and the driven belt wheel; a first elastic component is mounted on the first transmission shaft, and the first elastic component applies force for a driving belt wheel movable disc along the direction close to a driving belt wheel fixed disc; a second elastic component is mounted on the second transmission shaft, and the second elastic component applies force for a driven belt wheel movable disc along the direction close to a driven belt wheel fixed disc; a hydraulic cylinder is further mounted on the first transmission shaft, and a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder abuts against the driving belt wheel movable disc. Speed-ratio regulation is realized by adopting a mechanical and hydraulic combination mode, the clamping force of the driving belt wheel is mainly provided by the first elastic component through a mechanical mode, and the remaining part is provided by the hydraulic cylinder, so that the power consumption of the hydraulic system can be reduced, and the transmission efficiency is improved.
