Research on Risk Control of Knowledge Share in Knowledge Network Based on Relation Capital

Inter-organizational knowledge share can greatly improve enterprises' competition advantage. However, in the process of knowledge share there also exist some risks from potential opportunism, knowledge specificity, cultural diversity. But, the relation capital can control relation risk and performance risk to some degree, compensating for weak points of formal contracts in knowledge share.
