The invention discloses a phase-inverting series-connection drive circuit of a photoelastic modulation interferometer and relates to the technical field of electronic hardware circuits. The drive circuit comprises a signal source interface circuit (1), a first channel (10), a second channel (11) and the photoelastic modulation interferometer (9), wherein the signal source interface circuit (1) is respectively connected with the first channel (10) and the second channel (11), and both the first channel (10) and the second channel (11) are connected with the photoelastic modulation interferometer (9); the first channel (10) comprises a first voltage stabilizing circuit (2-1), a first waveform converting circuit (3-1), a first power amplifying circuit (4-1), a first charging and discharging circuit (5-1), a first LC resonance circuit (6-1) and a first output stage circuit (7-1), and the output end of the first voltage stabilizing circuit (2-1) is connected with the input end of the first waveform converting circuit (3-1). The drive circuit can output a voltage up to 3000V, is adjustable in the voltage range of 0-3000V, can meet the driving voltage requirements of the photoelastic modulation interferometer for generating different optical path differences, and has the advantages of being low in power consumption, high in voltage and energy use ratio and the like.
