The invention discloses a cage for an outer guide high-speed ball bearing; a main body consists of multiple pocket holes formed in the peripheral direction of an annular body at equal intervals; balls are mounted in the pocket holes; four radial grooves are formed in the inner surfaces of the pocket holes; the peripheral directions and the axial directions of the pocket holes are divided into oppositely arranged spherical inner surfaces and cylindrical inner surfaces by the radial grooves; the radius r1 of outer ports of the pocket holes is smaller than the radius r2 of the balls; the radius r3 of cylindrical inner ports is bigger than the radius r2 of the balls; bosses are arranged at the inner diameter side end parts of the cylindrical inner surfaces; cylindrical guide surfaces are arranged on the cylindrical inner surfaces, and the curvature radius r4 is equal to the radius r3 of the cylindrical inner surfaces of the pocket holes; the curvature radius of large-diameter ends of the cylindrical guide surfaces is equal to the curvature radius of the cylindrical inner surfaces, so that the installation of the balls is convenient; four radial grooves are formed in the inner surfaces of the pocket holes of the cage, so that the fluidity of lubricating oil between inner and outer sides of the cage is improved; and the cage also has the characteristics of high strength, high wear resistance, high reliability, low vibration, low noise and adaption to high-speed operation.
