Dust removal method of coal-fired power plant based on micro-power dust removal device

To further enhance the dust removal capacity of coal-fired power plants, a new dust removal method based on micro-power dust removal device for coal-fired power plants was proposed. Based on the physical characteristics of dust removal and dust removal mechanism, the air flow balance of the dust remover was set, and the dust removal efficiency and emission concentration were analyzed. The comprehensive and efficient dedusting device puts forward the measures against fire and explosion to improve the dedusting effect. The simulation experiment shows that the dust removal air volume, coal dust emission concentration, emission volume, and power consumption of the equipment are improved after the use of the combined device. The average dust concentration at the exit of the dust removal device is 71mg/m3, and the dust removal efficiency is ideal.
