STUDY ON COAGULATIVE SEDIMENTATION-FINE BUBBLE AERATED OXIDATION DITCH CYCLING SBR PROCESS TREATING FILATURE WASTERWATER

2010
The coagulative sedimentation-fine bubble aerated oxidation ditch cycling SBR process was applied and studied at wastewater of some filature plant in Sichuan Province. The result showed that this process treating filature wasterwater is effective and stable. The average removal rate of COD,BOD5,SS,respectively,was 92.3%,91.7%,90.1%;the last discharge water coincides the standard of GB 8978-1996.The cost of wastewater treatment is 0.35 yuan·m-3,which is lower than the cost of traditional SBR process,airfloatation-SBR process,bio-contact oxidation process, etc. This process is can be applied in the filature wastewater treatment in the future due to its above merits.
