Modelo de gestión de proyectos aplicado a seguridad y salud en el trabajo en las empresas pymes del sector construcción en Bogotá

Project management currently has several methodologies applied to various fields of action, however, in Colombia has seen greater applicability in companies dedicated to the financial sector, oil, gas, civil construction, technology, telecommunications and manufacturing. Worldwide project management is being applied in several economic sectors, and trends have been created in the use of specific agile methodologies for certain sectors, seeking to improve processes and be increasingly competitive. The present work is qualitative-quantitative and corresponds to a non-experimental-descriptive type of research, which seeks to analyze the deficiencies of project management in the construction sector as opposed to the management of aspects related to occupational health and safety , from the identification of organizational aspects, project management and occupational safety, a project management model is proposed that integrates and optimizes the management processes of the projects with the established parameters in occupational health and safety for PYMES of the construction sector that operate in the city of Bogota. The work methodology implemented for the present work begins with the structuring of the theoretical framework and background of the problem, then the identification tool of the management aspects of projects and occupational safety is structured, the analysis of results is carried out, it is proposed and applies the project management model integrating safety and health aspects in the workplace.
