The Dependent Effects of Mental Smartness and Staff Outputs of Sports Company’s Managers in Developing Staffs Efficiency

The main objective of this study is investigating the leader’s passionate smartness, administration technique and agent consequence. In other words, this paper specifies the effects of management method on the passionate smartness and staff outcomes including, job quality, job difficulty, organizational commitment and Employee Performance. Statistical Society is provided in two sport organizations in Iran by 350 populations. These participants are combined of administrators and staffs. Passionate smartness and administration technique are evaluated by considering Wong Mental smartness Scale and Wong Mental smartness Scale methods, respectively. Findings indicate that Leadership techniques are as a tradeoff between passionate smartness and feelings. Whilst, there was no evident to demonstrate the relation between Leadership techniques and job quality, staff performance and job difficulty. Also, results show that in order to analyze the passionate smartness, staff outputs and staff works, the relation and link between management and staffs should be considered. In other words, transferring the administration from manger to employees has the main role in staff satisfaction, management and job quality.
