Neoclassical Radial Electric Field and Flows in a Collisional Tokamak

The Pfirsch-Schluter short mean free path description of magnetized plasma in the drift ordering is revisited to determine the radial electric field in a collisional tokamak of arbitrary cross section. A new contribution from an explicitly collisional portion of the ion distribution function is evaluated.
