Pensión compensatoria, pensión de viudedad y vivienda, en las uniones de hecho

espanolEs innegable que las crisis y rupturas no existen solamente en el matrimonio, sino que son inminentes a las relaciones sentimentales y afectan de igual manera a las uniones de hecho. Tanto la ruptura de la pareja, como el fallecimiento de uno de sus miembros, tienen en muchas ocasiones consecuencias patrimoniales. En este trabajo nos referimos a la pension compensatoria, a la de viudedad y a lo regulado respecto al uso de la vivienda. Analizaremos como en las Comunidades Autonomas que cuentan con un Derecho Civil propio, las parejas de hecho se encuentran mas protegidas en estos aspectos, respecto al resto de las Comunidades. Igualmente, nos referiremos a sus principales los requisitos y haremos especial referencia a la doctrina del enriquecimiento injusto, casi como la unica via para obtener una compensacion economica en las Comunidades Autonomas de Derecho Civil Comun. EnglishIt is undeniable that crises and ruptures do not exist only in marriage; they are imminent in sentimental relationships and affect de facto unions in the same way. Both, the breakup of the couple, as well as the death of one of its members, often have patrimonial consequences. In this paper we refer to the compensatory pension, the widow’s pension and the regulation regarding the use of housing. We will analyze how in the Autonomous Communities that have their own civil law, the facto couples aremore protected in these aspects, compared to the rest of the Communities. Likewise, we will refer to its main requirements and we will make special reference to the doctrine of unjust enrichment, almost as the only way to obtain financial compensation in the Autonomous Communities of Common Civil Law.
