Proceso de actualización de un diseño instruccional para un programa de postgrado bajo la modalidad de educación a distancia. / Process of updating a instructional design for a graduate program under the modality of distance education

El presente estudio tuvo como finalidad el analisis de la viabilidad de actualizar el plan de curso “Desarrollo de la investigacion Empresarial”, el mismo pertenece a la Maestria en Administracion de Negocios de la Universidad Nacional Abierta. El tipo de investigacion utilizada fue documental, con un diseno de investigacion bibliografico, asimismo se realizo un analisis documental critico, en el que se determino que dicho plan de curso debe ser reformulado en aspectos fundamentales como los objetivos, unidades, contenido, estrategias, recursos y plan de evaluacion, para esto se contemplaron los elementos del esquema de trabajo aplicable a la concrecion del plan de curso de Escontrela (2003) y los elementos del diseno de educacion a distancia que contempla Moore y Kearsley (1996) en correspondencia a recursos, diseno, entrega, interaccion y ambiente de aprendizaje. Inicialmente se busco diagnosticar la situacion del curso durante las cohortes en los periodos 2014 y 2015, seguidamente se presento el control y ajuste, para la reconstruccion del diseno instruccional en los sistemas de educacion a distancia. Consecutivamente se determinaron los elementos que debe contemplar el reajuste del plan de curso, para finalmente analizar la viabilidad de actualizarlo, el cual demostro ser viable. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of updating the course plan "Business Research Development", which belongs to the Master's Degree in Business Administration at the Universidad Nacional Abierta. The type of research used was documentary, with a bibliographic research design, and a critical documentary analysis was carried out, in which it was determined that this course plan should be reformulated in fundamental aspects such as objectives, units, content, strategies, resources and the evaluation plan. This included the elements of the work plan applicable to the completion of the Escontrela course plan (2003) and the elements of distance education design contemplated by Moore and Kearsley (1996) in correspondence to resources, design, delivery, interaction and the learning environment. Initially, it was tried to diagnose the situation of the course during the cohorts in the 2014 and 2015 periods, then the control and adjustment was presented, for the reconstruction of the instructional design in the systems of distance education, consecutively the elements that must contemplate the readjustment were determined of the course plan, to finally analyze the feasibility of updating this course plan, which proved to be viable
