Test on Heat Conduction Performance of Friction Materials in Braking and Its Selection

In view of the test results on heat conduction performance of friction materials in braking, the viewpoint of improving the heat conduction performance of brake linings to reduce hot tear of brake disc is put forward. The selection of friction materials in braking for trains with the speed above 180 km/h is described, and the economy of them is analyzed.
