Kuo and Hashman have offered a number of suggestions to improve the experimental and modeling approaches which are worthy of consideration. One only has to refer to the scatter in the data, as shown in Figure 2 to 5, and the discussion of error in the model (Page 880 to 882) to show there is room for improvement. The intent of the paper was, however, not to propose a precise experimental methodology or the ultimate in mathematical modeling.
