Impact of Skill Building on Women Empowerment: A Case Study of Petals Craft

In this paper, I highlight the importance of skill building on women empowerment. Small firms can be a source of skill-building and women empowerment. In this context, a case of a small organisation named Petals Craft has been presented. The case showcases the impact of skill development on women empowerment. It is a study of female-based enterprise and its contribution towards the upliftment of females.  The article is of fresh and new ideas based on Management. The case can be beneficial for B-School faculties and students.
