Network of SAW sensors with hyperbolically frequency-modulated reflecting gratings

Remote simultaneous measurement of 10 SAW temperature sensors by a single reader is demonstrated. The sensors include two reflector delay lines with hyperbolic frequency modulation with constant delay between the reflectors, but have varying initial delays that serve as their identification during the interrogation.
