As a region which has been short of forest resources, Hebei Province keeps its forestry industry performing a nature of weakness to some extent. On the basis of this nature, several countermeasures were proposed to push forward forestry industry in this region, including reforestation, technology innovation, forestry property reform, public awareness reinforcement and so on.
