A Short “To Do” List for Drug Abuse Prevention

1996
The variety of solutions to reduce substance abuse problems presented in the preceding chapters may be somewhat disconcerting to a reader who expected this book to include a single blueprint for successful prevention. No single set of activities is automatically the “right” approach to prevention of the most frequently encountered problems of alcohol abuse and drug use. Instead, communities have lots of choices to make among activities that protect their residents from substance abuse.
