Transient mode characteristics of luminescence photocurrent integrators

This paper presents approaches and typical examples of model studies of transient mode characteristics for photocurrent integrators of luminescence sensors. These model studies allow to define integrator parametric dependencies on the characteristics of operational amplifiers. Research was conducted using SPICE models. A number of new laws and influence of operational amplifiers' options on the characteristics of integrators are established
