10G-Ethernet prototyping for 2-D X-Ray detectors at the XFEL

This paper describes the development of an adaptor card to a commercial FPGA-based evaluation board with 2 independent 10G-Ethernet channels. This module will be used as prototype for the communication between 2-D X-Ray detectors at the XFEL.
