Effect of different genotype crossing on embryo rescue of Lily

Reciprocal pollination was made between O×O,O×A,O×L,O×wilds and O×L A hybrids types of lily.Ovaries were cultured in vitro within 10-20 days after pollination.The budding rate of young embryo is different effect on breeding of different genotype crossing.The budding rate is high with the ovules tissue of O×O,O×A hybrids types,and the budding rate is low with O×W hybrids.The appropriate media for ovules excised form ovary of lily is MS+NAA 1 mg/L+sugar 6 %+agar 6 %,and pH 5.5,light is 10 h/d,intensity is 1000-1500 lx.The survival rate is 100 % out of tubes of the offsprings of ovules tissue culture.
