Didėjantis ikimokyklinių įstaigų dalyvavimo tarptautiniuose projektuose aktualumas bei vadovų projektinės veiklos gebėjimų reikalingumas sudarė prielaidas tyrimo problemai, kuri formuluojama klausimu: kaip tarptautiniai projektai sąlygoja vadovų projektinės veiklos gebėjimus? Tyrimo tikslas - istirti ikimokyklinių įstaigų vadovų požiūrį į projektų inicijavimo ir įgyvendinimo gebėjimus, atsižvelgiant į dalyvavimo tarptautiniuose projektuose patirtį.%%%%Increasing importance of engagement of the leaders of pre-school institutions in international projects and the need of due project activities abilities made the raise for the research of the problem that might be defined as following: how international projects stipulate the project activities abilities of the leaders? The task of the research – to investigate the point of view of the leaders of pre-school institutions towards the project initiating and executing abilities dependant on the experience of the work with international projects.
