Nonstationary 3-D Simulation of Air Flow and Pollutant Transport in the Coastal Region of Northern Germany and the Øresund

1992
The air flow over the coastal areas of Northern Germany and Denmark during fair weather conditions in summer is mainly determined by the interplay of the sea-breeze systems developing over the Baltic and North Sea coasts. This study which has been partially funded by UMWELTBUNDESAMT, FRG contributes to the energetics and transport properties of these circulation systems.
