A MAC Protocol for Distributed Satellite Network

This paper proposes a MAC protocol based on distributed micronano satellite network. Analyze the established mathematical model and get the influence of system parameters on network performance. This paper presents an improved protocol which adapts to distributed satellite network composed of nanosatellites. The protocol is compatible with inter-satellite communication and inter-satellite ranging functions. The research has resulted in a solution of MAC protocol for distributed satellite network.
