Effect of cycloicaritin on immune function and antioxidation

[Objective] to study the effect of Cycloicaritin on immune function of chemotherapy mice. [Methods] SPF ICR mice were used as experimental animals. Cyc-Land Cyc-H groups were set up with 3 mg / kg and 10 mg / kg, respectively. Then, tegafur was given by gavage and intraperitoneal injection for 3 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the turning time, the activities of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and immune related indexes were measured. [results] compared with the model group, Cyc-H group significantly prolonged the rod turning time; CYC group significantly reduced the plasma MDA level and increased SOD activity; significantly affected thymus index and spleen index, but had no obvious effect on T lymphocyte. [Conclusion] icariin can regulate immunity and antioxidation.
