SMED analýza vybraných výrobních linek ve firmě VALEO AUTOKLIMATIZACE k.s.

This thesis deals with analysis and reduction of the change over time on the chosen lines in VALEO AUTOKLIMATIZACE k.s. Rakovnik. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical one and the practical one. In the theore-tical part, there are the main methodological procedures needed for reducing change over time and reasons why to consider this problem very important for the global view on the company. In the practical part, there is presented Valeo Group and task and main figures about the plant VALEO AUTOKLIMATIZACE k.s. On the base of results from the theoretical part there is analysis of the current change over situation on chosen lines and presentation of the proposals how to improve this situation with planned feedback.
