Pre-assessment on Occupational Risks of an Extending Project in Certain Lamp Enterprise

[Objective]To analyze occupational hazards of an extending project in certain lamp enterprise,predict the classification and level of occupational risks and demonstrate the feasibility of prevention measures of occupational risksmentioned in the feasible report.[Methods]Analysis and evaluation was carried out with similar assessment methods and quantitative assessment methods by analyzing engineering and convincing evaluation unit and sifting evaluation factor.[Results]Evaluation factors on occupational hazards,namely,mercury,butyl acetate,noise,high temperature,were determined.The density or intensity of occupational hazards existed in the workplace coincided with the National standards,and prevention measures of occupational risks were reasonable.[Conclusion]The hazardous level of mercury or butyl acetate could be controlled to zero grade(safety work);The hazardous level of noise could be controlled from zero grade(safety work)to Ⅰgrade(little hazard work);The hazardous level of high temperature was Ⅲ.
