Real Time Filtering of Audio & Video on FPGA

Th is paper covers a few implementation methodologies of spatial filters in FPGA platform for noise removal in video. It also covers the filtering of audio using simple filters viz. Low & High pass filters. Video noise filtering technique is used in video applications whereas audio noise filtering is used in all the audio applications. The Mean & Median filters have been implemented on FPGA. The Matlab results are also covered.
