A procedure for monitoring, diagnosing and treating the medical conditions of a plurality of patients remotely using a central data processing system (14) configured to communicate with a plurality of respective patient monitoring systems (12) and at least one machine remote client (16), in which each patient monitoring system (12) is capable of receiving and storing patient data, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining (100) of the patient data from a plurality of patient systems patient supervision (12) in the central data processing system (14); analysis (200) of the patient data obtained from each respective patient monitoring system (12) in the central data processing system (14) to identify the medical conditions of each respective patient; display (400), through at least one remote client machine (16), of the patient medical conditions identified for each respective patient in a selectable order prioritized according to the medical severity; and in response to the selection of a medical condition identified for a respective patient, display (500) of the treatment options to treat the medical condition.
