Avaliação de usabilidade de alguns aspectos de um serviço integrado no portal ua.pt: My.UA

This paper describes a usability evaluation of some aspects of the University of Aveiro new Web Portal (www.ua.pt) performed by students of an introductory course on Human-Computer Interaction offered at the University, during the academic year of 2006/2007. This evaluation was based on heuristic evaluation, observation methods and a short questionaire applyed to users with different profiles. The methods and main results are presented.
