The present invention provides a larvae grafting machine for mechanized production of royal jelly. The larvae grafting machine comprises a structure for arranging a queen cell cup strip and a structure for arranging a brood comb, so that the brood comb and the queen cell cup strip which are arranged on the structures can be disposed face to face in an air blowing larvae grafting distance, and oviposition apertures in the brood comb are opposite to apertures in the queen cell cup strip. The larvae grafting machine also comprises an air blowpipe group, and through the air blowing method of the air blowpipe group, when the brood comb and the queen cell cup strip are disposed face to face in the air blowing larvae grafting distance, bee larvae in the oviposition apertures corresponding to the apertures in the queen cell cup strip are blown to the apertures in the queen cell cup strip. The breakthrough of the larvae grafting machine is that the brood comb and the queen cell cup strip are disposed face to face, larvae shafting is carried out by air blowing, and no matter where the bee larvae are positioned in the oviposition apertures in the brood comb, the larvae shafting can be carried out effectively. Compared with the previous method of clamping the larvae for larvae shafting, the larvae grafting machine is simple in structure, fast in speed and easy to operate without hurting the larvae.
