Twitter como herramienta de aprendizaje en los estudios de Periodismo: content curators en el proyecto International Journalism Tweet Week

espanolLas redes sociales, y en concreto Twitter, se han convertido en parte esencial de las rutinas periodisticas. En ambitos como el periodismo internacional su uso ha favorecido, ademas de la cobertura movil y en tiempo real, proyectos de rotacion semanal de curators para el control del contenido de una cuenta. Este articulo presenta el proyecto de innovacion docente “International Journalism Tweet Week” que se desarrollo, aplicando la InteRmetodologia del factor Relacional, del 14 de septiembre al 9 de diciembre de 2018 en la asignatura de “Periodismo Internacional I: la informacion global” de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, con 51 alumnos participantes y un total de 6.130 tuits, con un impacto potencial de 1.787.155. Los resultados mostraron una mayor participacion de los alumnos basado en el aprendizaje colaborativo, un aumento del interes por la asignatura y los temas internacionales, una mejor seleccion de la informacion y las fuentes en Twitter, y un elevado grado de satisfaccion con la asignatura. EnglishSocial networks, in particular Twitter, have become an essential part of journalistic routines. Its use in areas such as international journalism has encouraged, in addition to mobile and real-time coverage, projects for weekly rotation of curators to control the content of a Twitter account. This study tackles the teaching innovation project "International Journalism Tweet Week" that was developed, applying the InteRmetodologia of the Relational factor, from September 14 to December 9 2018, in the subject of "International Journalism I: the global information" at Carlos III University of Madrid, with 51 participating students and a total of 6,130 tweets, with a potential impact of 1,787,155. The findings showed a greater participation of the students based on collaborative learning, an increased interest in the subject and international issues, a better selection of information and sources on Twitter, and a high degree of satisfaction with the subject.
