Molecular Phylogenetic Study on Some Species of Paa in Guangxi

With the PCR technique,16S rRNA and Cyt b genes were amplified and sequenced from some species of Paa in Guangxi.R.rugulosa and H.adenopleura acting as outgroups,the phylogenetic trees were constructed using NJ and MP methods showed that the Paa that has been recognized in Guangxi can be divided into three branches:Paa spinosa population,Paa boulengeri population and Paa shini population.The result of molecular systematic coincided with morphological taxonomy.
